Two like minded women came together and shared their passions, a dream became reality and The Palm Pilates and Wellness was born. Our goal was to create a destination where everyone could incorporate self-care and movement. This authentic studio provides a welcoming and organic vibe that will benefit the mind and body connection. As Joseph Pilates said “It’s the mind itself which shapes the body” Let’s move together, we promise you won’t regret it.

An open level 50 minute Pilates class performed on the reformer. Clients will be taken through a series of Pilates exercises that explore various body positions, range of motion and strength training while challenging coordination. Please always let your instructor know of any injuries or if you are pre or postnatal before your class.

Massage therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with everyday occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions.
Meet Morgan
Co-Founder
Being a Registered Massage Therapist Morgan understands how important movement can be for overall well being. Morgan fell in love with Pilates 7 years ago while prenatal. She continued her Pilates journey postnatal and fell in love with how it made her feel mentally and physically. She missed belonging to a Pilates studio when moving to the Kawartha Lakes and decided to get her Pilates Certification. She is excited to help others stay active in the community. When she's not in the studio Morgan enjoys travelling with her family, cottaging, reading about health and wellness and hiking with her dog.
Meet bri
Co-Founder
Being a certified Pilates instructor, Bri loves to help others through movement and well being. She has always enjoyed connecting with like minded people and loves to bring out the best in others. She started her journey in Reiki and is a certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. Shortly after she discovered Pilates. She is committed to sharing her experience and passion for Pilates with everyone in the community and have them fall in love with this unique form of movement. Outside of the studio, you can find Bri being a wife and mom of 4. In her downtime she enjoys spending time outdoors on the water with her family, travelling and focusing on her own health and wellness.
